Accepting payments through your digital menu can enhance the dining experience for your customers and streamline your restaurant operations. Elegant Menu allows you to integrate payment processing seamlessly, enabling your customers to place and pay for orders directly through the platform. We support Apple Pay and Google pay for easier payment processing and better customer experience.

Follow this guide to set up payments on your Elegant Menu account. Elegant menu uses Stripe to provide secure payment processing to our customers globally. Payments are available in 109 countries. India and Malaysia will be available soon.

Setup steps for elegant menu payments:

1. Navigate to payments section in your profile and press manage peyments
2. in top section press “create payment account”
3. After the account id appears, press “Complete account setup”. Then you will be redirected to Stripe. Follow steps and finish account creation on stripe. At the end you will be redirected to payments page. if you see this message your payment account is ready to process payments. If you do not see green message, stripe may take upto 48 hours to activate your account.
4. Now you can move to next section, choose currency for payments, and ajdust minimum order amount as you desire.

How to refund a transaction in elegant menu payments

To process a refund or check transactions, you have 2 options:

1. Stripe Mobile App: you can download Stripe Mobile app and check transactions or process refund.
2. Through payments settings page: Go to manage payments page, press “Go to payments dashboard” and you will be redirected to your stripe dashboard, you can then refund the transaction.
